This short-term course introduces educators and school leaders to the Panchakosha framework (five sheaths of being) as a powerful and systemic approach to whole school transformation. Rooted in holistic human development, this course helps participants understand how the Panchakosha lens can be applied across learners, classrooms, relationships, leadership systems, and school infrastructure to create meaningful and sustainable change.

This module offers a deep dive into the Panchakosha model and its relevance in modern educational ecosystems. Participants will explore how this ancient yet highly practical framework can guide curriculum, culture building, assessment practices, and leadership decisions to align schools with broader humanistic values and long-term wellbeing.
