Mr. Aman Kuba | Assistant Coordinator, Maverick Learning Centre (MLC), Fountainhead Schools, Surat

Mr Aman Kuba serves as the Assistant Coordinator at the Maverick Learning Centre (MLC) at Fountainhead Schools, Surat. Since 2015, he has been at the forefront of driving student-centred, experiential learning models. Aman holds a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, with published research in international journals such as Spectrochemica and Journal of Luminescence in the field of Fluorescent Chemosensors.

His teaching journey spans IGCSE, IB MYP, and IBDP, with experience in Mathematics and Sciences across programs. Aman has previously led the MYP Mathematics Department and continues to work as an IBEN-trained Examiner for the MYP Interdisciplinary Unit, contributing to global standards in assessment and curriculum implementation.

At MLC, Aman specialises in designing learning experiences that integrate Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Self-Directed Learning (SDL), supporting students in developing agency, ownership, and real-world problem-solving skills. He is passionate about fostering adaptable, inquiry-driven classrooms that prepare learners for a rapidly changing world. His educational philosophy is anchored in the belief that “Do not confine your children to your own learning, for they were born in another time.”
