About the International Teaching Readiness Course (ITRC)

The International Educator’s Certificate (Transform to Teach) is a comprehensive 3-month weekend professional learning program designed for educators who aspire to work in IB, IGCSE, and progressive schools across the world.

Led by experienced global education leaders, the program goes beyond content knowledge to help educators create meaningful learning experiences, nurture global perspectives, and embrace student-centered teaching practices.

Participants will develop:

✔ Curriculum Design and Planning skills aligned with international standards

✔ Inquiry-Led and Play-Based Pedagogical Approaches

✔ Assessment Practices including reflection, peer feedback, and portfolios

✔ Understanding of international teaching expectations and classroom practices

✔ Confidence to pursue opportunities in international school environments

What to Expect During the Orientation Session

During the orientation, participants will:

• Gain an overview of the International Teaching Readiness Course (ITRC)

• Understand the purpose and outcomes of the International Educator’s Certificate

• Learn about the structure and learning journey of the 3-month weekend program

• Explore the key themes, modules, and learning experiences offered within the course
